Description:
The Forest is a survival simulator in a forest full of unknown creatures. The game features excellent graphics and support for Oculus Rift. There is an open world, a dynamic change of day and night, weather. Combines both action and stealth.

The protagonist of the game remains alive after the crash of an airplane on an uninhabited island. The main task - to survive: cut down trees to build a shelter, hunt for wild animals or look for and plant fruits so as not to die of hunger, and also do not forget to keep the hearth in order not to freeze. With the approach of night everything changes: on the hunt go mutant cannibals. You have to give them a rebuff with the help of improvised means - sticks and stones, use tricks to hide from their eyes: spread dirt or make yourself camouflage, or simply arrange various traps around your base and lock yourself in the shelter until the morning.

Developers of the game The Forest draw inspiration from such films as "The Predator", "The Hills Have Eyes", "The Hell of the Cannibals", "I'm Legend", "Descent" and others like that, they influenced the game development very much. The EndNight Games development team worked on creating special effects for such films as "Tron: Heritage" and "300 Spartans". Earlier they managed to create just one game for the iPad - End Night.
